Student Pick up & Drop off of Materials

June 16th, 2020

Dear Hartland School Community,

I hope everyone is doing well.  It appears there were some issues with the testing in Barkhamsted.  As I said, we wanted to err on the side of caution and we are happy to report that we have not had any positive cases in Hartland.  Therefore, we are going to reschedule our Library Book and Classroom Materials returns and pick up for Thursday and Friday this week.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.  We will follow the schedule below:

Library Book Returns/Classroom Material Returns and Student Content Pick Up

Students in grades 3-7 have the option of keeping their chromebooks over the summer.  Please remember that chromebooks are a school device and should be used for educational purposes only.  For students who borrowed devices in grades K-2, please return them during the designated time.  We are also asking that all 8th grade students return their chromebooks at the conclusion of this school year.

Thursday, June 18th and Friday, June 19th-

9:00-12:00 and 1:00 – 3:00

Library book returns, school material returns, Desk contents pick up, Report Card Pick Up

Student materials return will occur on Thursday, June 18th and Friday, June 19th.  Parents can drive through the bus circle to return library books and any classroom materials that need to be returned.  Staff will be on hand to collect items and return your child’s desk contents, medicine from the nurse’s office, or any other personal items, and report cards.  If you cannot make any of these designated times please reach out to the office.
